Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms felt a bit empty and not very clean, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the staff were really nice and helpful overall, even if one person seemed a bit moody. The dining left much to be desired, especially with the quality of food. The location, while close to the sea, was quite far from Alkhobar and lacked some necessary amenities. Overall, not the ideal stay, but some redeeming qualities.
My stay was quite mixed. The rooms were clean but lacked some amenities like extra towels and furniture. The service at the kids club was less than ideal, and the location felt too isolated from restaurants and shops. Dining options had some highs and lows, but overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the resort spa. The location right by the beach offered some stunning views and a lovely place to relax. While my room was spacious and well-furnished with a private pool, the design felt a little sparse with empty walls. The service was on point overall, but there were moments when it wasn't as responsive as I'd hoped. Dining was the biggest letdown; I found the food to be quite below expectations. Overall, it has great potential with the right improvements but can be a bit hit or miss.
I had a mixed experience at the resort. The rooms were spacious with a private pool and beach front, which was a real highlight. However, the service left much to be desired, with some rude interactions that didn't feel professional. The location was a bit too remote for my liking, making it hard to access nearby attractions. Overall, there were many positives, but the dining experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the price I paid.
I had a lovely stay at this resort spa, where the rooms are spacious and come with a private pool and beachfront access, making for a truly relaxing experience. The service was very accommodating, even allowing a late checkout for free when there was a small issue with towels. However, the dining options could use improvement, as the food didn't quite meet resort standards. Overall, it's a great place for a getaway, but a few tweaks would make it even better.
